Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with original packaging and tags. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@chakratale.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including used or worn products, personalized or custom-made items, and sale items. If you have any questions about your item, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@chakratale.com.

Cancellation Note

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations are not possible.
